That 'register' option is for the yahoo UtahMetal group that has been around for a while. If you registered for UtahMetal already, you don't need to register again. Otherwise, just enter your email address and click the "Join Now" graphic to the right.

As for the forums, register like you would for any other forum. C Ya there!
