Well, as a tiny little thumbnail, sure it could look like that. Anywho, I'm sure there are plenty of brainiac/weed smokers, but from my experience with the stuff and people I know who can't go twelve hours without a blunt, it isn't very mentally stimulating. But hey, to each his own.
