Vehemence in San Francisco, 10/9

Fucking kickass show last night at The Pound. Impaled opened.. and they were pretty excellent. I won't go into detail about them.. but suffice to say, they were awesome. Vehemence was next... the setlist went as follows:

Kill for God

Fantasy from Pain
Spirit of the Soldier
Whore Cunt Die
Christ, I Fucking Hate You

All were fucking amazing, and Nathan ranted a bunch between songs (Chris is gay ).

After the show, talked to all the bandmembers, got autographs, pictures, and such. John walked around really shitfaced for a while, talked to us during Akercocke and Mortician.

Excellent show, the first two bands anyway. Impaled gave everybody SARS and Ebola, and Ross tried to light the front row on fire. Their setlist of course kicked ass, including a cover of Grave's "Back To the Grave." Vehemence was fucking excellent, surpassing their studio stuff. I approve of the Manowar shirt.

Good stuff.
