Go here http://www.imageshack.us/ and then upload your image (make sure it not too big, use the resizer on the site if need be. 640x480 is a good size) and then copy the "direct link" image. Click on the little mountain picture on the message toolbar on here and post the link in the pop up box that follows (or just put the

tags around it) and that should be that!
