VHT AV-GT-412C cab

It doesn't look quite like a normal VHT cab. VHT cabs have a larger/more pronounced bezel around the grille.

It could be from the "new" VHT. The VHT name/logo (but not the amp designs) was sold to an entirely new company a year or two ago, they have an entirely new/different line of amps from the original VHT. This could be their entry into the 4x12 market (though it's not on their site). The original VHT stuff now goes under the name Fryette.

Do you know something about that cab? I can`t find anything about it. But I think it is a good deal.

no info sorry, did you call thomann and asked them about it!?
it could be a new "cheapo" VHT cab as mentioned one post above.

on the other hand it could also be an old VHT cab that "has to go"
i'm thinking of a sale out or something like that.

cheers

I disagree, this cab look like actual VHT (and like any other VHT btw). China made...etc. But have really anything in common with Fryette.

In 2010:
VHT= china
Fryette= old VHT pre 2009

Except that they ARE different - this cab is almost flat in front, with no (or hard to see) corner protectors. Pre '09 VHT and Fryette cabs have a pronounced bezel (the speaker grille is set back a bit from the front of the cab) and prominent corner protectors. Also, the size/positioning of the handles are different. Check it:

So I'm just saying, make sure it's not a fake.

P.S. Not sure about the cabs, but I can assure you that Fryette / pre 2009 VHT amps are U.S.A. made.
