Played Club Matrix in Bochum/Germany last weekend and made a little video:

Check it out if you like some music other than metal, too!

(I'm the singer ...)

This is the kinda stuff I could booze up and "dance" to without hating myself (unlike, I dunno, crunk or some other rap garbage  ) Looks like a helluva gig man!

Is that the Zen Of Screaming warmups in the other behind the scenes type vid?

Look like pretty ace gigs like.

Öwen: yes it's the Zen Of Screaming I do it 4-5 times before each gig (actually 2 times before soundcheck and then 2-3 more times before the show) and I used to blow my voice out with "whisper"-screaming in about 1 minute. Now I can do 70 minutes of proper shouting (see the soundcheck in the Utrecht video) without problems. Melissa Cross is the shit and I recommend the warm-ups to anyone!

SocialNumb: that bass is actually 4 basses. One is really low and only present between 40 and 200hz. Then there is a very midrangy, attack-bass between 100 and 4000hz and two basses panned left and right that sound more metallic and go between 500hz and 15khz. I doubt you can get really fat electro basslines with just one bass.

cobhc: yeah, it is TZDV! :)

There's also a video for it at:

And what is Spotify?

Cool dude, thanks for the info. Do you remember what you used? Soft or Hardware? Anything specific? Combo? :goggly:

Much appreciated. :notworthy

Social:

Low Bass: V-Station Bass1 Preset
Mid Bass 1: don't remember
Mid Bass 2: FM7 modified 80s bass sound sent to FX Send with Distortion to bring out the attack more.
High Bass: Zeta+ self-made sound

That's all I know off the top of my head!

Just asked them what they thought about the show, both said it was really good-one of them likes almost every kind of music, he's a big fan of my band (death metal), played drums in a funk band and so on, the other one is more into that genre.
