No it didnt, is only costing me $700 a month for rent and about $150 for electricity. $850 for a place like this is a steal. The Rooms are definitely pro, my gear is all still pro=sumer though. As I do more sessions I will be upgrading the gear. I still need better converters, a few mic pres, some external comps (1176 LA2A, 165) patch bay, new modular snake for the B Room. But its a great start.

$850 to me is like renting a house, for my pocket is a lot lol but not so much if you have some serious business going on.

Dude I am sub-leasing the space from another guy that rents the ENTIRE building (there is actually an entire studio on the other side as well). The whole building is $1400 a month and I only pay half. I did get the larger of the 2 studios though
