nope - in the context of the definition everyone seems to want to go buy.

"viking metal" isnt a genre anyway. it's more a less a loose description of themes bands tend to touch on in their songs. it really doesn't constrain bands to any other limits (which I guess is why it shouldn't be considered a genre).

I'd put Primordial on the list just because they should appeal to most fans of the "genre." Fuck it, theyre an amazing band anyway.
