Viva Emptiness a concept album?

Just wondering if that's the case with VE? It seems that it's a story embarking on a life of crime with who you think is his girlfriend, eventually things become to dangerous and he goes off on his own to escape the life and is eventually reunited with his partner who turns out to be his brother, and not a female partner.

Any sense in this?

No the guy was a gerilla called Che Guevera that is why the album called " Viva Emptiness" and he has been killed by guns that is why songs end abruptly.

even though it probably isn't a concept album, i love to think of it as one! there is always some sort of a story behind most albums... i think whether viva emptiness has a concept or not is left for the listener to establish!!

There was this article somewhere where Jonas was describing the whole album song-by-song... after reading it, it was obvious that every song has been written by using different inspiration sources, and there was no clear connections between the songs.
