Vote for Opeth at soundsoftheundergroundtour.com

Who cares? It's not like the voting is going to get the band on the tour. They're probably already planning something for the summer anyways.

From blabbermouth:

AS I LAY DYING, GWAR, IN FLAMES, TRIVIUM, CANNIBAL CORPSE, TERROR, THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER, BEHEMOTH, THE CHARIOT and THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD have been confirmed for the second installment of Sounds of the Underground tour, according to MTV.com.

The Sounds of the Underground organizers are taking a different approach to this summer's festival by keeping the number of bands on the bill down and extending the length of set times. Last year most bands got no more than 30 minutes to play.

While dates for the trek — including the official launch date — are still being worked out, Sounds of the Underground will return to Denver, St. Louis, Chicago, Detroit, Toronto, Philadelphia, San Francisco and Los Angeles, as well as cities in Texas, New England and western Canada. Tickets will go on sale in late March, reports MTV.com.

More bands will be announced in the coming weeks.

At least they're taking a different approach this year, less bands and longer set time.
