Wal-mart sued over Evanescence Lyrics

I don't understand how the word 'fuck' is relevant to anyone unless they already know what it means.
Yea, that is just like the 'middle' finger. They can't show that on
some TV shows and who says it has to mean anything?
What is strange is that since it is so popular and making lots of money
now, Wal-Mart is leaving it on the shelves.

Anyone can interpret anything the way they want to interpret things. This is why the human mind is so dangerous.

I'm sorry, but doesn't anyone else find complete hilarity in how ludicrous this all is? Doesn't this seem like a grotesquely exaggerated overreaction to anyone else? $75,000 bucks per person for one FUCKING "FUCK?" What is wrong with people? What are they afraid of? I figured that after the Super Bowl hullaballoo people would realize how silly this over-the-top censorship is. And the almost reflex action of litigism is just plain annoying as hell.

Does anyone else find the sentence 'they let her buy it' to be particularly offensive? Maybe my family's just weird. My parents didn't want me buying, like, porno or weapons when I was 13, but even then it wasn't their position to 'let' me buy anything.

 for the Vaginal Jesus stuff.

It depresses me that parents are so stupid nowadays. By overprotecting their children they'll just make them dumber than they already are. Today's children need a good kick in the ass. They have everything they want and they keep complaining they don't have enough... go figure. "Sigh"... I could almost say that we need another World War to get them back on track... though I hope this will never happen.

 Fucking hilarious. I have noticed that many metal cds (underground bands, really) never have these parental advisory stickers, even when there are 'bad words' or explicit themes on them.

do they also not sell dvds with foul language?
If they did, they'd have a hard time filling their shelfs with the dvds(and the ancient vhs as well).

As much as I hate Wal*Mart, they shouldn't be sued for that reason.

Hell (sorry) yes they sell all the movie releases. Like the Matrix trilogy.
There are all kinds of cuss words in that.
We need a dose of reality and a bounty on lawyers.
