Was Curran ever an actual Member?

Everytime I see an article on Curran Murphy it says ex-Nevermore.
I was under the impression he was just a hired hand on guitar for tours.

What's the story?

yep, thats him. i dont think he had the right stage presence or didnt get along with everyone. Its a he said, she said deal.

I get the impression from the interviews here and there that there was some personality thing with Curran. But no one really wants to say it out loud.
But I thought his playing fit well.

its too bad he left...he actually had TONS of energy on stage. he was a monster on stage. im curious to see how steve is..ive never seen him perform live.
