Washburn XB 500. Good choice???

Yeah, I'm looking over one of these 5 stringed basses, and I wan't support of you guys.

Have ever seen one?
Have ever played one?
Have ever heard one?
What do you think?

Some may say: "Oh, if you like how it sounds, it should be a good bass for you." But my old bass is a crap, so even a Oboé sounds better then it.

Ps: Remember: I live in Brazil, in a smaaaaaaaall crappy city, and there's not any Carvin or RIC or Fender over here, it's plenty of Samicks! I hate Samick!

Ps2: I'm gonna trade it with my old Warlock Guitar.

Ps3: I don't know what the fu** is an Oboé and how it sounds, it just exists, my teacher of History of Mentalitys talks about it all the time.

AH! I see now... Seems nice, maybe I'll forget this bass thing and start playing Oboe.

And forget, I'll not get this bass anymore, have something more interesting in mind, something fretless...

Washburn is a choice instrument. I personally have a "Series 1000" headless four string made by 'Status' in my collection, and I love it. So my advice is ( considering the only other option is a Samshit )........buy it!!!
