Just look next to your name here in the thread. Under your posts, there is a green square. Hover to see your rep rank.

Well, you just go into the control panel and look to the right for the "latest reputation recieved" section. If you don't have any rep from anyone, there's a chance that you won't see it I think.

click on user cp. you'll see some red squares on the right (or green if santa likes you). click on the thread name to find out which post. on its right is the comment.
