Hello! I have the multiband compressor C4 but I don't know how to use it. I know that it's used to control the low-mid range (with distorted metal guitar sounds). Can someone explain to me how I have to use it? (or post any useful preset to use with metal guitar sounds).

I would like to know:

The concrete low-mid range ("x" Hz to "y" Hz).
Gain, range, attack and release (approximate settings)
and the output level.

It's a compressor that gives you the option to compress selective frequencies. So, if you have a sloppy low end on a track, you could compress just one area of the frequency spectrum (the sloppy part) and leave the rest of the frequencies uncompressed.

You probably do not need it if you recorded a good guitar signal in the first place.
