Waves GTR3 & PRS interface

Bargain?? I guess the interface is basically a di box. I have no idea whether waves GTR3 is any good, as its not as popular as some of the big boys, but on the face of it, that seems like a good deal.

Any thoughts would be welcome.

GTR3 is terrible, and that "interface" is a glorified DI box.
