? Not sure. I wanted to check out the demo of some of their stuff and it says iLok2 is required.

Waves has their own anti-piracy system now which IME is great. I'd rather there be no anti-piracy but the waves system is well done and doesn't require ilok.

V8 of the plugins works with ilok, V9 uses the new system.
