Ways to use reaper and my plugins in a live situation

Hey Guys, I’m new, so correct me if I post it wrong or anything.

I was wondering if it is possible to use my laptop with reaper in a live situation.
I know that is possible if de mix table has fire wire, but are there other options?
Like a fire wire module with xlr in and out so you can mix the tracks before the hit the mix table?

I hope my sesame street English makes any sense!

Would you be playing other live instruments along with whatever is played in Reaper? You're talking about playing a gig using Reaper?

Only live instruments. I want to use reaper with my plugings instead of outboard gear.
