So, I installed some heavy tension springs on my kahler a while ago and ever since the grounding has been a bit dodgy.
The ground is in contact with the trem in the same place it was before I changed the springs, and I have checked it multiple times to be sure.
Most of the time the grounding is fine, however when I change the strings or the tuning (basically a tension change), then the issue re-appears.
Getting rid of it is not difficult, as I just have to adjust the screw holding the trem down, nearest to the contact and it solves it.
However the screw is quite soft and I'm afraid of not being able to remove it if I have to use it too often......
Anyone have any tips or ideas as to what it could be?
