I eat about 2 bags of sunflower seeds a week. It goes up when I try to quit smoking to about 3. What kind did you get? Some brands sux bad. David's are usually quality though.
sunflower seeds i can do without. roasted in-the-shell peanuts i am thoroughly addicted to though. also: if in florida, never try boiled peanuts. nasty.
i kept expecting to actually 'crack' into the shells, but you can't do that. and when you get them open, 80% of the time they stick in the shells and you can't get them out. what're you supposed to do, like eat the entire thing? or put it all in your mouth and spit out the shells?
NAH. thoroughly unenjoyable eating. plus, they taste no good with beer- which, as we all know, is why peanuts were invented.
