I think so. Never listen to "guys at the shop". I have trouble telling which kind of cable to use myself all the time though. I have to take it on a case by case basis.

Well, at least he didn't tell me that I had to have this Super-Über-Cable for like 100 bucks per meter that would have been a normal instrument cable but with a red coating! No seriously: That's why I keep asking stupid questions here cause those guys always seem a little... well, you know what i mean. :Smug:

If your speaks have xlr, use the xlr to 1/4 cable.

You have xlr inputs, so use those. xlr to 1/4 on your firepod.
