Above this there is a review of Live The Island Years. I see it's no best live album ever made, but why so much angst? I totally disagree with the review.

You can't disagree that it's a pretty bad record, though. The very definition of "contractual obligation." And, if nothing else, Exhibit A as to why Joey had to go...

Having read all the bad reviews, I expected Joey to sound a lot worse on the Live album than he did. I think he sounds pretty good, actually. Listen to most live thrash albums and you'll hear some pretty dodgey vocals, that's for sure. I happen to like the Joey years.
