Mine would have to be Doug ott of Enchant!!!!,playing the whammy bar with feeling not just for the sake of it!!!!

I heard this really cool thing Frank Marino did live, but it was only once so I need to hear it again. Was at a friends house who had the recording. Jeff Beck has a unique way of useing the tremolo... not as a whammy. Not denying Vai by any means because he's like... The Wizard. Just mentioning a few that no one else will.
