I don't know what happened with the original post, which sucks because I had some points to make....
I don't know, I saw the actual tv footage and the kid seemed to be lying his ass off, eyes darting around everywhere, possibly at his lawyer off screen.
Seems to me if there's a mom in the neighborhood that's partying with the kids, chances are the kids are consenting 100%. I've been 17, I know what I was like at 17 and what kids are like now at 17, and I honestly don't see why the 17 year old kids shouldn't be held to the same standard as the mom.
