I think what he meant was that this is his favourite Hard Rock release as opposed to it being the best HR release of 2008. Music being such a personal and subjective issue I think it's hardly possible to pinpoint the best release in any year as everybody's criteria of what is good music can differ and does differ widely.

Tennis Heavy Metal? I don't think I've heard of that sub-genre
This perhaps calls for an explanation... they took they name from a Finnish tennis player Veli Paloheimo.
Veli = Brother
Palo = Fire
Heimo = Tribe
Mr Firetribe played during the 80's and 90's was actually a pretty good player. His highest ATP world ranking was 48.

I love Mechanical Resonance and all their other albums. But I think my favourite is The Great Radio Controversy. Have you heard the new one, Forever More?

I'm a great Tesla Fan since 1987 and my fav album is Bust A Nut the most underrated Tesla album. If you ask a lot of Tesla fans what is the best Tesla album the most of them will answer The Great Radio Controversy. It is a good album but not my fav album I don't know why but I like all other albums more. The first time if I heard Forever More I had some problems with songs like The First Time or Just In Case but after I heard it some times it grows more and more and now I love all songs except The Game.
I'm gald to see the band this year on stage, I bought to tickets for the show in Kerkrade (for my daughter and me) and I think I will go to Bochum, too.

I saw Tesla in London a couple of years ago and they were awesome. Frank Hannon is such an amazing guitar player. I made a Tesla wallpapers from a pictures of that gig which you can download here if you want to. There are also Threshold wallpapers as well btw.
