Ya the new FF album is AMAZING. Hes an old analog guy working in the digital domain and he totally captured that feel and spirit on the new Foos disc. Now come to think of it I think the Garbage stuff was really good too. I have to go have another listen ....

Because of this I very much approve. The way he approaches drum compression certainly reminds me of Andy Wallace, there the similarities end for me

Seems like such a together guy. I mean he was able to wrangle in Kurk when he was stoned/high off his ass in the studio so much respect.

Good point man, never thought of it that way. Definitely had to motivate or in some cases be in charge 100% because of the drugs
