I'm actually a bit bitter that even though I have a Dutch surname (Mattheiszen, try to order a magazine on the phone with that one, dammit), it still doesn't grant me with any of Bob's songwriting talent. I even bought Dutch citizenship from a Dutch dude at a festival three years ago. It cost me 100 euros and I didn't even get a receipt or any proof of the deal, and still no sign of the TGM magic. Yea whats up with the the whole 21 thing i heard its pretty strict on id too whats wrong with 18 hell most 16 year olds binge drink here but the law is 18.

i dont think americans take the law as seriously as other countries. look at the drug laws. yet they probably have more drug use than canada.
