What do you guys think about this tone?

Wanted to see how close I could get to the Exodus guitar tone with my rig, so here are a couple of riffs from that album. Let me know if it sounds good or needs this or that.

Both of them sound really good. The second one is more to my taste. What rig did you used? are both the guitar tracks in each mp3 using the same setting?

Thanks guys. Yeah, they're all the same tone. It's my ESP explorer with EMGs into a Maxon OD820 into my Mesa Mark IV. Mesa cab with Vintage 30s, 1 SM-57.

Could definately pick up that it was mic'ed, no simulator so far has shown me as much 'natural' balls as that. Great job man, they sound killer.
