What do you think about this Rock Mix (real drums, live performance)

that intro guitar hideous. very nice vocals though. cymbals have a nice brilliance but the shells sound very very boxy rendering the overall mix very "small sounding". play more with the room mics and use reverbs. what i've always loved about this genre is the hugeness. listen to some bon jovi and you'll hear what i'm talking about.
