COB, well, talent wise, probably one of the best bands ever on this planet, but actual music/songs wise, for me, not liking at all, they bore and dont grab me, both our guitarists are mad into them, and i can understand why, but not for me i am afraid!! ..

One of my favorite bands. But I always considered them to be a Melodic Death Metal band, not Power.

And the whole Power Metal with Black Metal vocals thing, that's great for me... I love the music of Power Metal, but despise the singing, so that's why I like COB a lot.

I don't know how, but I just am. Especially with the new album. None of the songs stand out, it's just this grey mass without any color.

COB songs are ok [they tend to have some kinda hook wonce you listen to it]. but it's gets boring when listen offen. again i think they are starting to go back & forth with each of their new album.

see, meshuggah are far less boring than CoB, CoB become a little contrived after a while, therefore boring, immaculate musicians like i say, almost none better, in the playing situation anyways, but the songs are just so damn predictable! . i hate power metal,so the fact they do power metal with black metal lyrics is annoying, i would rather just listen to black metal!!
