What is Nevermore up to?

I noticed that the site hasn't been updated for a while with any info on the new album. Does anyone know anything? How far along are they in the recording process, and any firm release date?

Is there a quota for how many times this is asked in a given week on this forum? WD told a friend of mine at a show in Seattle that they would go into the studio sometime in late November, early December. So, these shows coming up are probably to warm up for the studio, (& record that DVD I just read about... Hmmmm. )
