What is the mearning of "Morningrise" artwork cover?

It's about life and death. The monument is a symbol of some person's life which has just ended, it's a sort of tribute for that passed person. The reflection in the water is about the great unknown in the afterlife.
I love that cover but I'm a sucker for all kinds of monuments and shit.

I think it was their manager who took the picture when he was on holiday in bath. Then he showed the band or sumthin like that....
