What is the tuner of choise in your studio?

You have to intonate your guitar for this purpose. If it's intonated correctly you have the right notes all around the fretboard

I still find this helps even after going to a guitar tech for a setup.

I have a Korg DT-10 on an aux so I can keep it on all the time and see if nobody's hitting the notes too sharp while tracking.

Wow the TU-2 is terrible. Ditch that! I use Peterson Strobosoft but will use a Korg rack tuner if the band has it. They're almost as good and guys are more comfortable with it.

What's up with all the necro thread bums the past few days?

I think it's fine, makes for more continuity in the topics and makes searching easier.

That being said, I normally use the POD Xt Live's tuner, for some reason Gtune goes random on me, like after playing a note it starts spitting out random letters until it gets to the real one, it's annoying. I might be retarded
