I'm running a kemper rack unit into logic and I'm looking for a solid 4x12 v30 tone

It will be x50 in 36 hours - the movement function seems to really open up the tone compared to all other IR loaders - of course, I've only heard demos and haven't tried it myself, but from what I've heard, I have massively high hopes.

I'm not sure why you'd bother with cab sims if you've got a kemper, you're essentially trading down.

I guess my question is more so aimed kemper owners. Wondering what cabs are being used the most.

One giant pack of cabinets for your Kemper: http://www.kemper-amps.com/forum/index.php?page=Thread&threadID=3143&pageNo=1

1. Import them to the profiler just like normal profiles (the Rig Manager won't do them yet, so you'll have to use a stick).
2. Find a rig you like, and then hold the cabinet button and turn the Browse knob.
3. With the soft buttons above the screen, select User (it might say Local, I'm not in my office right now to check).
4. Browse through a million cab options!

Other good choices include the cabs from the Lasse, Keith Merrow, and Ola packs. There's also a utility on the Kemper download page to make your own KPA cabinets out of impulse response .wavs, so if you have any preferred impulses you can still use them.

I put the cabs in a Shared/Cabinets folder on the USB stick to keep them separate from the rigs.
Cab kiprs are 2KB, rigs are 4 or 5KB.

Kemper imports them to the cabs section with no problem.

I don't think it's an impulse response library, so you'd have to actually profile the cab setup in Audiffex through your DAW.
