Machine Head - The Blackening

I loved this band when I was like 18 and now I'm sort of rediscovering them. "mainstream" metal for sure, silly lyrics, but lots of fun!
 
Due to this forum's suggestions and my personal listens... I just picked up 2 Gojira albums a few weeks ago and haven't stopped listening to either since.

Just got Novella Reservoir, and I have to say, I really hope Novembers Doom keeps moving towards death metal, some clean vocals and acoustic guitars aren't bad but overall they sound better without that gothic sound if you ask me. Paul Kuhr's got a fantastic growl.
