Ooooh an axe-wankery thread :D

Ibanez RG7620 (w/ 2 x EMG 707)
BC Rich USA Warlock (eaaaaaaaaaaaarly one but a total tank)
Tokai custom (w/ 1x L White Superdrive, 1x Dimarzio Evolution)
Ibanez 1965 Goldentone (original, not repro)
Maton EA80C
Fender F-310-12
Fleetwood unknown model (nylon string, cutaway, EQ, solid spruce top, solid maple back and sides)
Ibanez AEB-10

+ various cheaper electrics and acoustics
The amp/effects/etc deparment is where it gets a bit sad...

Korg AX-1500G
Line 6 Toneport UX1
Some generic $20 microphone from Billy Hydes
ProAmp GA4012R (40W amp with paper cone :S)
Jade PC75 (loud and clean but with the tone of an AM radio)
Peavey Studio Pro 112 ("classic" tube amp with that "classic" constant hum and buzz)
Peavey Artist something-or-other (high powered mosquito zapper amplifier)

Anyone want to buy 4 shit amps or trade me for a good one? :p

Where's the ONI, Conklin and Mesa Boogie stack you were all definitely getting?

Never wanted a Conklin.

I'm still getting the ONI man, that's one thing I'm saving for. I talk to the guy every day online I'm heaps keen for one. The Mesa stack... well I'm sorta over the whole Mesa tone and phase, I like ENGL amps more now, especially for what I play.

Grrrrr Ibanez............

Whats wrong with them. If scotty has one, and ferret has one (despite him having every guitar except the Zakk Wylde one), both these guys seem like good muso's to me.

Ibanez RG320QS

Thats all about i know when it comes to my guitar. My brother likes it for the price i paid ($500 with a 10 watt amp - both were 2nd hand tho), and he's a muso so woohoo.

I don't see how any guitars own any other guitars. It's all personal preference. Nearly every one has different tastes and every guitar is different. Once you pay over $1000 for any brand of guitar you are guaranteed something decent.

I dislike playing Jono's ESP because the distance between the strings and the pickups is longer and makes it harder for me to rest my pinky on the edge of the pick up. Also the same gauge string set on his guitar that i use on my PRS has more tension and makes playing certain things uncomfortable for me.

So this whole my guitar is better than yours argument is pretty useless to me.

Sorry for the rant!

Ok, I has a:

-ESP Horizon Guitar
-Mesa Dual Rectifier Amp
-Marshall VS100 Combo ( good for rehearsal, saves me breaking my back lugging the Mesa cabinet around)
-Jackson Randy Rhoads (Korean Model)
-Ibanez 7-String (impulse buy from years ago, sitting in the corner collecting dust and i plan on getting rid of it one day)
-Epiphone Les Paul Studio (spare gigging guitar)
-Korg AX1500G Multi-Effects Pedal ( great for travelling as it's small and i just plug headphones into it)
-Fender Acoustic
-Ashton Acoustic

One Day i'd love to get my hands on a nice old school Les Paul, and a nice Maton acoustic!
