We all know Mikael's the primary songwriter, but he's stated numerous times that Peter still contributes riffs. Does anyone know which ones are his?

Well, I remember an Opeth interview where Mikael said that he came from the progressive and brutal death background, while Peter contributed the "thrashier" riffs. I would guess:
"Forest of October" (3:00, 8:20).
The heavy parts of "The Moor."
Those are the only two that don't quite sound "Mikael-ish," and also, I don't have much time to type. Hope that helps. (???)

I dont know. they dont post seperate songwriting contributions on the songs in the lyric booklet or anything that ive seen. *shrug*
but id guess the ones that somewhat sound un-opeth like are probably Peters doing...not that theres something wrong with them.
