My choice would be Rainmaker, it's the best rocker in the album IMO...

Every time I listen to Dance of Death I like it even more, this is an excellent album.

dance of death is my favorite song of the album so far, but it's too long for a single... and i don't like when they cut them like they did with ootsp

No More Lies could have some parts cut and be the next single(coughchoruscough). It's currently my favorite off the album, and would work as a single, I think.

The band should actually sit down and make a serious, non-cheesy, non-animated, non-live footage video for this one, though...

Paschendale would get my vote.
Same here, but the problem is that it is not accessable to a majority of the music audience. The goal of a single is to bring people in and I am pretty sure that a large chunk of radio listeners out there could not grasp Paschendale or its meaning.

I dont give a fuck about length to be a single if its a good song ...

I dont think rainmaker is the worst , infact its great

Wildest Dreams is the weakest song on the album in my opinion

My favs Paschandale off the album , but i dot reakon its a suitable single , not because of the length tho. :)

I agree, they never seem to put too much effort into making decent videos

I think Journeyman's a little too long and overdone for the radio. People might miss the point and call it cheesy.

But the thing with Maiden is that the choruses are always very repetative, so a little editing could turn the 7 minute Journeyman into a workable 4 or 5. If they wanted to.
Yeah, but I hate the concept of editing. It is like killing the song sort of.
