Amorphis - Am Universum

I think Amorphis have gone the right way. They developed their own style but did not change it that drastically from album to album (perhaps "Elegy" was the hugest step). You could always imagine how the next record might sound (that's not ment in a negative way). They are writing good songs and I really love the voice of their singer. Their DM-vox were somehow unique but I did not like them so it's good that they moved away from it...The only thing I hope is that their sound won't become softer in the future. I don't mind if they are experimenting but they should not give up their actual guitar sound...

mm. they are outstanding song writers and arrangers. that's what i love most about em.

Esa is my guitar HERO! I ****ing LOVE everything Amorphis has done Elegy especially Tuonela is excellent so is Tales and The Karelian Isthmus(which I had to burn since I can't find an original copy GOD DAMNIT!!!!!) are excellent the new CD was a little bit of a let down but still really good.....

I just hope their next CD isn't polka
