What to use to tweak/edit midi files (mac)?

I'd like to edit midi drum files on my mac (basically take ez drummer & groove monkey midi "loops" and tailor them more to my songs). I've got GB of course and Logic Express (which I haven't even used yet). GB's little midi editor doesn't seem too handy for detailed work, just small fixes, and I need to be able to zoom in and really be able to work inside a blown-up window. I'd rather not have to buy another freakin' program - is there a good free one, or will GB and Logic be my best tools at this point?
