what where the great cd's for 2004

Actually Matt, I have to say that was well stated. I've noticed an increase in the NS element of black metal, and being non-exclusively white, and having had literal brawls with neo-nazi skinheads in the past, it's a subject that I have a personal interest in. As Pyrus says, I've found some great music that turned out to be NS, and quite honestly having dug into the scene and lyrics, I can't in good faith support any such extremist ideology based on generalization and the fabrication of hate. On the other hand, Drudkh's "Autumn Aurora" is still one of the best albums I've heard in a long time. I've decided the only reasonable response is to kill every single person.

YES!!!! SOMEONE UNDERSTANDS!!!!!

but really,

NS music has affected me in a way probably quite different than most listeners, so I'm trying minimalize the negative impact of such music by keeping it out of the hands of people who would take it and from it get delusions of grandeur from "OMG LETS KILL JEWS", rather than how it has affected me, getting me interested in indo-european cultures and personally interested in my own heritage and ancestry rather than hate (although I admit that perhaps I have absorbed a few prejudices from exposure to NS circles, I refuse to let an extreme element of hatred to take over).

I can easily see how someone else could take everything in NS subcultures at face value and become skinheads and neo-nazis and I'm just trying to keep it out of the hands of the people who would do such by simply NOT TALKING ABOUT IT.

I got myself into a pickle earlier trying to explain my seemingly irrational actions earlier but I think I've been able to deal with it in an intelligent manner.

I like Orphaned Land - Mabool a lot and Vehemence - Helping the World to See...i'm not sure what other albums i got that came out htis year but i hear the new Happy the Man album is really good, i havn't heard the whole thing yet though, but from what i've heard it's awesome
