i dont know but the vocals on tbw are sooo BORING. thats the thing that kills me about this album.
I don't like the vocals either, I keep imaging how awesome it would have been if mike stanne did the vocals on this album. It would fit perfectly to this music.

I was thinking exactly this way too.

In my opinion, it was due to the lost of their genius and in-human keyboardist and I liked the arrangement in vocals before with the occasional growl but mostly aggressive "screams". (I hate using that word when talking about metal.)

Mike Stanne, wtf? Pekka has an awesome voice, screams or growls, no doubt. But when after some "black metal screams" in a riff, you change to growls in another, it gives so much POWER to the growls. When there are only growls, it tottaly kills the power of those growls.

That's what i loved so much from the Infernal Death demo. That would have been an awesome track.

I wouldn't mind lots of tripilized diatonic triads, harmonized with some sweep picking solos, and some tapping with more complex diversity within the solos. For the vocals, I would like to hear a mixture of all the styles Pekka has used. For keys massive orchestrations using orchestra, or more synths or keyboards. For the drums, I would like to hear more blast beats, maybe even use a timpani drum for a song.

I want another darker song similar to Human Fates. Gloomy keyboard atmosphere, sad tales, brutal riffs and a mix of both screams. That song is so perfect.

Definitely share both vocals, and have more melody like the older albums and maybe more of a symphonic sound on some songs, more badass shredding solos-keyboards and guitars, maybe some dual keyboard and guitar solos, longer more epic and progressive songs, no clean vocals(that would be uber gay like norther turned out to be), try out instrumentals, not like Svieri Doroga because thats more of an interlude between songs but still badass, try something longer and more progressive as an instrumental thats very complex, heavy, fast, and most importantly MELODIC!!!

GO KALMAH!!! YOU GUYS FUCKING RULE!!!!!:kickass: :kickass: :kickass:
I hope you tour the U.S. someday....
