good Iron Maiden fan sites? There used to be heaps, but now i cant seem to find any.

But most of the fan sites were overseas sites (UK, Europe), i can understand Aussie fans being disillusioned. But there were not many Aussie fan sites, apart from the excellent work Crossy did. Northern Hemisphere always gets plenty of Maiden dates.

I wonder if maybe Bulletin Boards/Forums are a more popular place for info, and fans sites have lost popularity.

I think it's partly that, and also because once Mark came on board for the official site it had a lot more info, and so there was less and less need for fan sites. This is the case with a lot of bands now, I've noticed.
