I can't see it either. I'm guessing that the host of that image isn't too keen on image linking. You should upload that image to our site or something and link it from there.

Here you go- see if this works. I just did the same thing with mine, as in I posted it to my Yahoo acct- uploaded the picture (cool pic of Adrian btw). This should be the link you post in your profile, and see if it works.

HM. Try and click on the link to expand it to the full length, because it looks like there's an ellipsis in the middle. If you copy that link from the window, it should work.
I had the same problem earlier, and since I did this, it hasn't failed. Knock on Knockwurst.
