Am I the only one that is so spoiled by MP3's that cannot seem to sit through a full CD by an artist anymore?

I just bought some CD's recently and keep getting bored if I try to listen to 10 songs from the same band in a row. In the olden days this was never the case, then again there were no downloads.

So I am here in front of my PC trying to make a mixed CD for the car. I have a bucketload of MP3's and find myself always wanting to listen to mixed CD's rather than full lenghts from any artist ...

Does anyone else have this problem?

Actually I'm starting to get that way too, but I think it's the overabundance of used CDs that keep piling up. Too much to listen to!

With a 56k modem and a deep hatred of Kazaa mp3s aren't really a viable option for me. Plus that most of the bands I want to download can't seem to be found in mp3 form.

And, no, I don't have that problem whatsoever :)

I listen to mp3s and mixed stuff while driving or computing exclusively, and I am well aware that neither case gives me the satisfaction of proper listening (DMDS in dark evil surroundings).

I listen to a lot of online radio, so there are times when I suffer from this affliction, but never to the point where it's a chore to sit through a CD...sure, sometimes they'll go unopened for extended periods, but that's mainly because I'm a procrastinator...
