On a work related side note.
I got thrown off the job yesterday by this OSHA bitch for wearing shorts in the 85 degree weather!!!! Can you believe that shit???
I had to go to Target and by fucking pants in order to work!!!!!

Hard Hats, saftey glasses, no tank tops, no shorts, Saftey rails, toe boards blahh blahh. Someone should drop a bomb on their office!!!!!!!!!!!

Things are good, finding a couple of new bands, listening to the Yankees game that just started. You were shaking your head after that cab ride to the city! I just pre-ordered Katatonia's "Live Consternation" from Peaceville. The first 1000 are autographed. I got an A in my class, as expected, and it's a boring Saturday night, so I'm trying to put together a class schedule for the fall. I'll say hi to her for you.

I've been fined by them more than any other agency/person/anything.

I'm also getting the "No shorts" shit for my job right now... which I still wear shorts anyway, and let everyone working under me do the same. Its 90 degrees, way too hot for pants.

They have giant books full of rules that change whenever some drug addict injures himself with various objects around a workplace. And they like to toss out citations and fines whenever someone isn't doing things the EXACT way described in this book that changes on an hourly basis. They exist to bust balls.

Exactly man! OSHA are fucking cunts!!! Anything they deem unfit even if it's right they slap a 10,000 dollar fine, from Staging to saftey glasses! Cocksuckers! I can see maybe on a union job or some shit, But they are supposed to be there to help the worker, but really, they make shit more unsafe if anything! Fucking glasses that fog up and blind you, No shorts so you die of heat exhaustion, Safter rails and braces so you cant climp the staging(fuck ladders, I have fallen more from ladders than staging, Hard hats that you smash your head on every fucking pipe and condoit on the job!!!!! I hate them


This one time I had those fucking glasses on (and in masonry, anything plastic turns into a scratched hunk of shit from one use) They were so bad, I was working on a window sill and I smashed my fucking thumb so bad, that I lost the nail 3 days later!

And the fucking saftey harnesses, Jesus, They make you hook on sometimes to the staging from the walk [planks and you end up getting cought up and tripping and shit!!!! I could go on and on

we need to start a workers against OSHA group, and fine them fuckers!!!
