Peace Sells, definately. I even like the cover version of "I Ain't Superstitious". The whole album is fast and wreckless, but so damn precise. And the sound of it, way better (and sharper) than anything up to CTE. Second would be RIP. "Holy Wars" is the first thrash metal song I fell in love with... "Five Magics", "Take No Prisoners" - mind-blowing.
I love all of CTE and Youthanasia - no filler tracks in my opinion, but, PSBWB and RIP are ahead. Oh, yeah, I always considered "Ashes in Your Mouth" as a some kind of a RIP sequel. That song is much more a RIP than a CTE song.
As far as the others go, I like Risk, it's lame, but some cool songs ("Prince of Darkness" - the ultimate cheese song, but has some nice sentimental value to me), TWNAH is also a dear album. I had it on a 50-minute tape - for my walkman, without the songs "Losing My Senses" and "Promises" - as I fucking hate those songs, and I really-really liked it. It is slower, but heavy, and dark... Or it is just my imagination...
Cryptic Writings is OK, the album I heard just after I heard RIP and thought "Oh my God, where is thrash metal?", but, I got to like it eventually. SFSGSW and KIMB I don't listen to, the first one I (just) hate, and the second is sonically deranged.
And yes, TSHF is lame. There are some (very) cool songs on it, but, "Die Dead Enough" makes me wanna puke. That song is lamer than "Safe Home".
