When are the rereleases being released?

They're not remasters..they're simply special editions (read: mostly just spiffier packaging) of the same ol cds, as far as MJR has heard.

Just found out they've already been released in Europe..we here in the US have to wait til January tho, I guess. Some guy has a couple of them on eBay if you don't want to wait, tho..auction numbers 2579608424 and 2579608413.
