Let's try and keep it away from the cliches - policeman, fireman, batman, superman etc.

You could always stay home, but if you're the sort of freak who genuinely likes going to parties and meeting new people (brrrr...), try dressing as the Pope. One of my cousins did this not long ago and caused quite a stir.
