I bought a used mesa os cab a year ago and was wondering if there is a general rule for the time a speaker in a cab is good?IE. Tubes need to be changed once a year? Also would you say werehouse generic v30s are as good as namebrand v30s? Thanks for any advice. -Shane

as long as they sound good you should never have to change the speakers in your cab unless you either blow them or they dry rot out over time. but if you take good care of your stuff that shouldn't be a problem for a long time.
